Your role
The Transformation Program Lead is a high-impact, execution-focused role at the heart of our operational transformation agenda. Sitting within the Transformation Office, this individual acts as the on-the-ground engine of change owing the end-to-end delivery of discrete process transformation initiatives, from diagnostic and design through to implementation and BAU handover.
This is not a strategy-only role. We are looking for someone who can think like a consultant and execute like an operator — structuring complex problems with rigor, driving workstreams to resolution, and embedding sustainable change that outlasts their tenure on any given initiative.
In this role you will partner with our Global Process Owners, operational teams in our global Client Delivery Centers, Product and Technology, as well as leaders across Client Delivery and in our Lines of Business to define and execute our plans, in a regulated, client-centric, and compliance-minded environment.
The Ideal Candidate
You are organised, analytical, and motivated by tangible outcomes. You are comfortable working through complexity and ambiguity, and you take ownership of your workstreams without needing to be micromanaged. You communicate clearly and confidently with a range of stakeholders, from operations analysts to mid-senior leadership, and you take pride in delivering work to a high standard. You are eager to grow your program delivery and problem-solving capabilities, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment where your contribution is visible and valued.
Your responsibilities
🔷 Program Delivery & Execution
- Support the end-to-end delivery of assigned transformation workstreams, managing tasks, timelines, milestones, risks, and dependencies
- Develop and maintain detailed workstream plans, ensuring activities are logically sequenced and progressing on track
- Contribute to a culture of accountability and pace, proactively flagging blockers and helping to resolve them
- Maintain thorough documentation of processes, decisions, and outcomes throughout the engagement lifecycle
🔷 Problem-Solving & Issue Resolution
- Apply structured problem-solving techniques to analyze complex operational challenges — breaking down issues, gathering and interpreting data, and forming clear recommendations
- Proactively identify risks and issues within your workstreams and escalate with proposed mitigations
- Exercise sound judgement to manage competing priorities and maintain delivery momentum
🔷 Stakeholder Management & Communication
- Build effective working relationships with business, operations, and technology counterparts across assigned initiatives
- Prepare clear and well-structured workstream updates, status reports, and risk logs for review by senior program leads and leadership
- Support the facilitation of working group meetings, workshops, and stakeholder sessions, ensuring actions and decisions are captured and followed up
🔷 Team Contribution & Development
- Provide day-to-day guidance and support to Business Analysts on the team, helping to structure their work and maintain quality standards
- Act as a collaborative and constructive team member, sharing knowledge and contributing to a positive team culture
- Continue to develop your own skills in program delivery, problem structuring, and stakeholder engagement
🔷 Change Management & BAU Handover
- Assist in the design and documentation of target operating models, processes, controls, and performance metrics to sustain new ways of working
- Support BAU teams in preparing for handover, contributing to training materials, process documentation, and transition planning
- Participate in structured handover activities at program close, ensuring continuity and a clean transition to business-as-usual
Skills & Experience Required
Essential
- 5–8 years of professional experience, with a solid track record in program or project management, business analysis, process improvement, or management consulting
- Demonstrated ability to manage and deliver structured workstreams within complex, cross-functional programs
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — able to interpret data, identify issues, and develop clear, actionable recommendations
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills, including experience preparing written updates and facilitating working group sessions
- Well-organized with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams concurrently
- A proactive, self-starting approach with a strong sense of personal ownership and accountability
Desirable
- Domain knowledge in one or more of the following:
- Fund Administration (e.g., NAV production, investor reporting, transfer agency, custody operations, or related middle/back-office processes)
- Financial Services Technology (e.g., platforms, system implementations, or digital transformation)
- AI Enablement (e.g., GenAI adoption, process automation, or AI-assisted workflows)
- Prior exposure to a Transformation Office or similar centre of excellence
- Familiarity with change management methodologies (e.g., Prosci, Kotter) and/or project management frameworks (e.g., Agile, PRINCE2, PMP)
- Undergraduate degree from a leading institution; postgraduate qualification an advantage

- A high-visibility, high-impact role at the centre of the firm's transformation agenda
