Reporting to the TA Operations Manager, you will be responsible for pre-employment activities ensuring timely delivery and performance within agreed SLAs and project management.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Working with the international Talent Acquisition teams to support the successful migration and optimisation of a number of core activities, including but not limited to interview scheduling and candidate management; employment contract preparation; reference and background check.
  • Administration of all candidate related pre-employment activities including general query administration.
  • Tracking and reporting of all EMEA region pre-employment activities according to agreed SLAs.
  • Acting as first point of escalation for onboarding and interview scheduling related queries providing excellent customer service.
  • Providing training and coaching to junior TA Operations Officers regarding the administration of pre-employment activities, interview scheduling and required soft skills.
  • Administration of immigration activities which include work permit, visa administration.
  • Lead Recruitment and Onboarding system optimization projects from requirement gathering to UAT sign-off.
  • Lead continuous improvement across TA Operations partnering with other HR and non-HR functions.
  • Proactive risks identification, implementation of controls and improvements to mitigate them.


SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in HR Administration, People Operations or Recruiting Operations.
  • Fluent in English (both in speaking and writing), other language would be considered as advantage.
  • Working knowledge of SAP and/or SuccessFactors (previous experience as ATS key user would be considered as advantage).
  • Higher education.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks when working with high volume of assignments.
  • High attention to detail combined with computer literacy (MS Word, Excel).
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Project management skills and experience would be considered as advantage.

We offer a salary of 2300 - 3080 EUR gross per month for this position.
