Talent Acquisition Operations Officer - FRENCH Speaker

Location:

Vilnius, LT

Vilnius, Lithuania

The 2021 opening of our office in Vilnius represents a major milestone in our rapid development. By joining our brand-new European Central Operations, you’ll work for an international leader at the heart our client delivery operating model, and service our most prestigious alternative investment clients from across Europe and beyond. As one of the first members of growing Talent Acquisition Operations team, you will work in the environment that will give you professional freedom and incredible opportunities to partner with and learn from a global network of colleagues.

About the role

You will be responsible for the administration and operations to support the end-to-end recruitment of talent into Alter Domus. Working with the international Talent Acquisition teams you will support the successful migration and optimisation of a number of core activities, including interview scheduling and candidate management, contract generation, reference and background checking and onboarding support.

We’ll look to you to manage candidate workflows and provide best candidate experience during everyday interactions. You’ll also become Super User of SuccessFactors Recruiting and Onboarding modules, maintain knowledge of systems, recommend enhancements and ensure their smooth implementation.

Of course, you’ll be involved in running TA data related reports, handling MI (management information) reporting requests and other TA function related projects and activities.

About you

Organized and flexible, you’ll enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. You’ll be able to keep attention to detail while working with high volume of assignments.

Your work experience will ideally include 1 to 3 years in HR administration or people operations position. Beyond this, you’ll have experience working with HR systems (SAP SuccessFactors would be considered as an advantage) combined with strong computer literacy skills including but not limited to MS Excel.  Also you should be fluent in English and French in order to provide best experience for Alter Domus candidates and internal clients from multiple countries.

About us

Since 2003, we’ve worked hard to become the game-changing, agile minds of the alternative investment scene. That’s why many of the world’s leading asset managers, lenders and asset owners are already Alter Domus clients. But with such a prestigious reputation, there is no resting on our laurels. We’re expanding our global operation to Vilnius, a city that boasts high-profile finance and technology companies, not to mention high-calibre talent. It will help us become even more connected globally and offer impressive opportunities for career development.

In return

We’re large enough to be truly global, yet small and agile enough to work fast. You’ll soon have opportunities to make your mark and we’ll identify future roles that will help you build your career. This “Best of both worlds” is particularly true for our Vilnius center where you’ll enjoy the excitement of opening a new office, setting the team spirit, launching new projects and taking up international assignments. Meanwhile, our commitment to transparency and open dialogue will give you visibility, and our established structure and experience will provide you with the right environment to unleash your potential.
