Talent Acquisition Operations Officer (French speaker)

Join our growing Human Resources team in Vilnius as a Talent Acquisition Operations Officer (French speaker).

 

YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES

Reporting to the TA Operations Manager, you will be responsible for the administration of operational activities, supporting end-to-end recruitment of talent into Alter Domus.

Your responsibilities will also include:

  • Administering candidate pre-employment activities, including but not limited to employment contract preparation, background screening, management of employee personal file.

  • Act as first point of contact for onboarding related queries providing excellent customer service

  • Administering work permit ordering process for Alter Domus candidates.

  • Interview scheduling.

  • Providing interview scheduling related support to candidates and hiring managers, solving interview related queries.

  • Working with the international Talent Acquisition teams to support the successful migration and optimisation of a number of core activities, including interview scheduling and candidate management; employment contract preparation; reference and background checking and onboarding support.

  • Participating in other HR Operations function related projects and activities

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Fluent in English (both in speaking and writing), French language – strong advantage..
  • Higher education.
  • High attention to detail combined with computer literacy (MS Word, Excel).
  • Ability to prioritize tasks when working with high volume of assignments.
  • Willingness to learn and grow in HR field.
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills.
  • Ability to function independently with minimal supervision, as well as work productively as part of a team environment.
  • Experience in HR administration and/or people operations function – advantage.

 

Monthly Salary: starting from 1750 EUR gross
