Your Role
Take end-to-end ownership of a set of IT initiatives within the KYC & Client Lifecycle technology portfolio, working alongside the Technology Product Manager. You will lead your projects independently, from requirements through to go-live, and act as the primary point of contact for the business and technical teams involved. The role exists to increase the delivery capacity of the portfolio: you will run your own workstreams rather than provide administrative support.
This is a build-and-scale leadership role. You will inherit strong engineering teams and real production responsibility, and you will be expected to turn a set of good practices into a coherent, measurable, enterprise-wide discipline.

Business Analysis & Requirements
- Lead requirements workshops with business stakeholders (KYC Operations, Compliance, Client Onboarding)
- Produce user stories, BRDs, acceptance criteria, process maps (BPMN) and data definitions
- Validate that solutions meet business and regulatory requirements before release
Delivery Management
- Plan and drive delivery in Jira using Agile/Scrum practices (refinement, sprint planning, tracking and reporting)
- Own the RAID log for your projects and actively resolve blockers
- Lead UAT planning and execution, and coordinate go-live readiness
Stakeholder & Vendor Management
- Act as the primary point of contact for your projects with business owners, engineering teams and third-party vendors
- Report progress, risks and decisions to the Technology Product Manager and steering forums
- Manage vendor deliverables and timelines, and hold vendors accountable
Governance, Audit & Compliance
- Ensure your projects follow IT governance and change management processes
- Own audit and regulatory requests within your scope: deadlines, evidence and responses
- Keep product and delivery documentation up to date across Confluence, Jira and SharePoint
