JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

We are seeking a skilled Senior GRC Systems (Archer) Administrator to configure, maintain, and optimize our RSA Archer GRC platform, including its Third‑Party Risk Management (TPRM) capabilities. You will be responsible for building data models, designing workflows, and supporting risk, compliance, audit, issue management, and third‑party risk processes across the organization. This role requires both technical expertise and a strong understanding of governance, risk, compliance, and vendor‑risk frameworks.

 

Your responsibilities

Platform Configuration and Administration

  • Configure and maintain the RSA Archer GRC platform to support business requirements
  • Build and maintain data models, including fields, forms, relationships, and record structures
  • Design and implement workflows, approval processes, and automation rules
  • Configure access controls, roles, and permissions aligned with security policies
  • Manage platform updates, patches, and system health monitoring
  • Ensure platform stability, performance, and availability

 

GRC Process Support

  • Support risk, compliance, audit, and issue management processes through effective platform configuration
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions
  • Design and implement solutions that align with industry frameworks (ISO, NIST, SOX, etc.)
  • Maintain documentation of GRC processes, workflows, and system configurations
  • Partner with risk, compliance, and audit teams to enhance process efficiency

 

Integration and Data Management

  • Configure and maintain integrations, APIs, and data connectors between Archer and other enterprise systems
  • Implement data import/export processes to ensure accurate and timely data flow
  • Apply data governance principles to ensure proper data classification and security
  • Monitor data quality and implement validation rules to maintain data integrity
  • Support identity and access management integrations (SSO, SAML, RBAC)

 

Reporting and Analytics

  • Build and maintain reports and dashboards to track key metrics including KPIs, risk heatmaps, and compliance dashboards
  • Create executive-level reporting and visualizations for leadership visibility
  • Design custom reports to support audit requirements and regulatory reporting
  • Ensure reporting accuracy and implement automated reporting schedules
  • Train users on report creation and dashboard utilization

 

Troubleshooting and Support

  • Provide technical support to end users and resolve platform-related issues
  • Troubleshoot platform issues and work with vendors or internal IT teams to resolve complex problems
  • Manage user access requests and provide guidance on platform capabilities
  • Create and maintain user documentation, training materials, and best practice guides
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance platform adoption

 

 

Your profile

Required Qualifications

  • Experience configuring GRC or workflow-driven platforms (e.g., RSA Archer, Resolver, ServiceNow GRC)
  • Ability to build and maintain data models, including fields, forms, relationships, and record structures
  • Experience designing workflows, approval processes, and automation rules
  • Understanding of risk, compliance, audit, and issue management processes
  • Ability to configure access controls, roles, and permissions
  • Familiarity with integrations, APIs, and data connectors
  • Experience with reporting and dashboards (e.g., building KPIs, risk heatmaps, compliance dashboards)
  • Knowledge of data governance and how GRC systems store, classify, and secure data
  • Ability to troubleshoot platform issues and work collaboratively with vendors or internal IT teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

 

Desirable Skills

  • SQL or basic database querying experience
  • Experience with REST APIs and API-based integrations
  • Scripting capabilities (PowerShell, Python, JavaScript)
  • Understanding of identity and access management (SSO, SAML)
  • RSA Archer certification or formal training
  • Understanding of compliance and regulatory requirements

Salary range: We offer a gross monthly salary of €4166 to €6300 per month depending on the overall skills and experience brought to the role.
