JOB DESCRIPTION:
As a manager, you will use the experience you have acquired in the past as well as excellent organizational skills, sound judgement, the ability to prioritize tasks and strong personal character to help meet client requirements. Your team will benefit from your flexible approach, attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You shall be part of the AML/KYC Team and take charge of:
- Instructing the team in day-to-day team management and ensuring a high-quality service for all of our clients.
- Direct liaison with our clients and/or their delegates/ key stakeholders.
- Review of KYC requests and ensure follow up by the relevant team.
- Follow up on outstanding KYC information in the clients/UBOs database and in the electronic document management systems.
- Ensuring the team meet regulatory requirements and file appropriately where necessary.
- Liaising with internal departments and KYC teams in various Alter Domus locations.
- Partake where required in the implementation of new systems or automation for your team.
- Monitoring team KPIs
- Day-to-day people management.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You should hold a degree preferably in law, business, finance or economics.
- You have at least 5 year's experience in the Financial Services, Compliance Project Management or similar industry and have a strong AML/KYC understanding (preferable in European regulatory domiciles including UK and Ireland).
- You show high interest in regulatory, legislative and compliance topics.
- You are fluent in English. Any other language will be considered an advantage.
- You can lead a growing team and you are able foster a culture of innovation and lateral thinking
- You are a result-driven person.
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
- You apply good judgement in exercising broad autonomy within your role.
Monthly base salary for this position is from 3,580 EUR to 5,670 EUR gross. Final offer will be determined based on your competences, qualifications and professional experiences.
