Alter Domus is currently seeking a new Loan Administration Analyst to join our team at our Vilnius office. This is an exciting opportunity for qualified professional(s) to grow their career with a leading-edge administrator in alternative investments. This individual will serve as a new member of the Asset Administration Team within Debt Capital Markets Operations.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Learn to navigate and gain proficiency with both external software systems and internal proprietary systems to retrieve reports needed to perform job duties;
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure timely responses and resolution to inquiries;
- Process documentation; including entering the appropriate information either by data entry or upload to the record keeping system;
- Provide high quality client service internally and externally, answering inquiries and resolving problems;
- Understanding of and ability to open, review and assign computer files according to directory/file path protocols; and
- Ensure work is completed accurately and on-time while tracking and escalating any issues to the appropriate business unit.
Asset Administration:
- Create and maintain financial instruments (e.g., loans, bonds, derivatives, equities, etc.) within internal systems by working closely with internal business partners;
- Enrich security master records across Alter Domus’ Portfolio Admin and Fund Accounting system databases by leveraging market data platforms and/or relevant industry source documentation;
- Research, extract, and load or disseminate market data from Bloomberg and/or Markit according to internal business requests and procedures;
- Prioritize asset-related client onboarding activities and projects with Credit & Structure Products business partners.
YOUR PROFILE:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar preferred;
- Up to 2-3 years relevant experience within the field (preferably Credit & Structure Products);
- Ability to independently research and resolve problems;
- Exceptional attention to detail and able to thrive within a high-volume data-entry environment with both proficiency and accuracy;
- Responsive, friendly, professional, and highly organized communication skills;
- Willingness to work within a deadline-driven environment.

Monthly salary: starting from 2000 EUR GROSS, the final offer will depend on your level of competencies and interview results.
