Legal Officer

Join our growing team in Vilnius as A Legal Officer                                                              
As part of a dedicated expert team, you will be responsible for the delivery of Alter Domus’ world-class suite of integrated solutions to a portfolio of clients.



As a crucial member of our growing team in Vilnius you will be responsible for providing legal support to a broad range of strategic and growth clients operating across the Private Equity and Real Estate sectors.  You will work closely with colleagues in the Alter Domus Head Office in Luxembourg.  Specifically you will be responsible for:

  • Drafting minutes from the transcripts/recordings of board meetings to accurately document the details of discussions and outcomes
  • Reviewing and preparing all relevant documents in relation to the client;
  • Coordinating with business partners, clients and colleagues to gather information and documentation required to carry out assignments
  • Assisting in the preparation for client board meetings and shareholders meetings



What we’ll look for on your CV:

  • Legal or a Financial Services certification or Diploma; 
  • 1 - 2 years’ experience in a similar area, preferably in a Legal or Financial Services environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills – fluency in written and spoken English is a pre-requisite.
  • A strong level IT literacy including Excel and Word skills.

Monthly salary: from 1750 EUR Gross
