Job Description 

 

Reporting to the TA Operations Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day activities and of employment permit changes and renewals and international transfers documentation and process coordination ensuring timely delivery and performance within agreed SLAs.

 

  • Management of day-to-day employment permit documentation change and renewal process (including but not limited to tracking of expiration dates, collecting cost approvals, raising orders for work, residence permit and visa renewals).
  • Management of international transfers and secondments process (including but not limited to coordinating immigration vendors, coordinating process with employees and People teams, preparing required documentation).
  • Standardization and continuous improvements of employment permit (including work, residence permits and visas) changes and renewals processes.
  • Standardization of international transfers and secondments processes.
  • Liaising with other People Operations teams and performing necessary system updates to ensure all changes are maintained in internal People systems according to SLA's.
  • Tracking and reporting of all employment permit changes and renewals documentation activities across all regions according to agreed SLAs.
  • Acting as first point of escalation for employment permit change, renewal and international transfer related queries providing excellent customer service.

 

Your Profile

 

  • 3+ years’ experience in global mobility or employment permit administration, legal background would be considered as advantage.
  • Experience in immigration and/or internal mobility
  • Fluent in English (both in speaking and writing), other language would be considered as advantage.
  • Higher education.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team environment.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks when working with high volume of assignments.
  • High attention to detail combined with computer literacy (MS Word, Excel).
  • Positive attitude and good communication skills, strong stakeholders’ management skills.
  • Project management skills and experience would be considered as advantage.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 2670 to 3670 EUR gross. Final offer will be determined based on your competences, qualifications and professional experiences.
