Reporting to the Head of Client Delivery – Lithuania, you will play a pivotal role in building, leading, and driving AD Central Services teams in Vilnius, Lithuania. This role will focus on growing and developing teams responsible for Payments, KYC, VAT, Corporate Secretarial, Regulatory Reporting functions servicing multiple segments and jurisdictions, with around 200 specialist strong department.
Key responsibilities include:
Leadership & Strategy
- Lead and direct Centralized Services teams, aligning with organizational goals and client needs
- Partner with senior leadership to develop and execute business plans and objectives, incorporating short- and long-term priorities
- Build a collaborative, high-performance team culture
Service Delivery & Client Management
- Ensure accurate, timely delivery across all clients per SLA, upholding data integrity and compliance
- Establish and maintain SLAs and KPIs with internal/external stakeholders to drive efficiency
- Coordinate across teams to strengthen end-to-end processes
- Be the main escalation point and Partner with stakeholders to investigate and resolve complex issues
Risk, Controls & Compliance
- Maintain robust control environments and procedures to support global compliance
- Regularly update processes to reflect regulatory changes and industry best practices
- Be the main escalation point and Partner with stakeholders to investigate and resolve complex issues
Continuous Improvement & Reporting
- Drive cost-effective, scalable solutions and continuous process/systems improvement
- Use data analysis to generate insights and recommendations
- Report key metrics and performance to senior management and stakeholders
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in a business-related field.
- 15+ years of experience in financial sector, preferably in AML/KYC, Payments, Reconciliation, Loan admin or similar services.
- You possess excellent organizational, leadership, problem solving and staff development skills.
- You possess the ability to drive and to execute change through continuous process improvement, technology application and other means
