As a Fund Senior Manager, you will be responsible for a portfolio of clients. Your responsibilities will include, but not be limited to, the management of client teams and the delivery of a quality client Service. The below tasks further elaborate your key objectives:

 

Your responsibilities


Client Relationship & Service Excellence


•    Serve as the primary point of contact for your portfolio of accounts, proactively identifying and anticipating challenges to accurately assess risks and deliver timely, effective solutions that consistently exceed client expectations.
•    Take full ownership of delivering a first-class client experience through professional, value-driven, and responsive interactions at every touchpoint.
•    Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients and key service partners — including auditors, legal counsel, and banking institutions — ensuring seamless collaboration and service continuity.

Business Growth & Integration


•    Play an active role in business expansion initiatives, including the onboarding and integration of newly acquired entities and team members, ensuring smooth transitions and alignment with organizational goals.

Compliance, Risk & Performance


•    Champion a culture of compliance and proactive risk management by identifying emerging risks early, ensuring timely escalation and resolution, and maintaining an unwavering focus on KPIs within your remit.
•    Oversee financial profitability across your client portfolio, including invoicing, billable hour approvals and analysis, budget variance reviews, and write-off management.

Operational Excellence & Innovation


•    Continuously evaluate and enhance business processes with a focus on operational efficiency, scalability, and alignment with broader organizational objectives.
•    Partner closely with  Business leads to drive the adoption and implementation of technology-forward solutions that address both client needs and operational demands.
•    Lead a meaningful change agenda that empowers team members at every level to innovate, adapt, and deliver with confidence.

Leadership & Culture


•    Build, inspire, and sustain a high-performing team by fostering a culture of accountability, continuous development, and meaningful employee engagement.
•    Actively role model the behaviors that define a high-performance culture — promoting cross-functional collaboration, clarity of purpose, and shared ownership of outcomes.
•    Contribute as an integral member of the broader senior leadership team, actively participating in strategic initiatives that advance Alter Domus' overarching goals and long-term vision.

 

Your profile


•    You have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or similar with a solid high level proficiency in accounting and a strong desire to grow and learn further about fund industry
You have 7-10 years’ of financial accounting and reporting and (or) audit experience, (Alternative Investment Industry is a big benefit) 

•    Understanding of multiple vehicle structures including parallel, co-investor, blocker, feeder and holding company structures would be advantageous

•    You have a track record of team management experience and possess excellent organisational, leadership and staff development skills.
•    You are experienced in a client-facing roles and dealing with multiple Stakeholders
•    You possess the ability to drive and to execute change.
•    Fluent English is essential for this role with fluency in other European languages considered an asset.

Monthly base salary for this position is from 3,670 EUR to 5,400 EUR gross. Final offer will be determined based on your competencies, qualifications and professional experience.
