Digital Marketing Officer

Our Internal Communication and Employer Branding team is looking for a digital talent to help Alter Domus deploy a modern digital workplace and launch multimedia employer branding campaigns internally and externally.

 

YOUR MAIN PROJECTS


Reporting to the Head of Employer Branding and Internal Communications, you will be responsible to apply the best marketing practices to develop Alter Domus’ digital workplace in a Microsoft 365 environment and to deploy multimedia campaigns to make our employer brand shine to the right audiences.


IN MORE DETAILS, YOU WILL:

 

  • Project manage the creation and implementation of a global intranet, information portal and enterprise social network in partnership with the IT team, using your pragmatic and tech-savvy spirit and getting the best of Microsoft 365.
  • At ease with systems, you will also have the opportunity to unleash your creative talent in order to develop innovative ways of engaging Alter Domus’ candidates and employees, deploying a brand-new EVP for the Group.
  • Publish and moderate our talent communication messages across multiple channels (LinkedIn, Facebook, Glassdoor, Monster, Instagram), and monitor their efficiency through tracking and KPIs.
  • Partner with Group Marketing on ensuring the Alter Domus corporate brand guidelines are adhered to.


YOUR PROFILE


What we’ll look for on your CV:

 

  • Social Media and Microsoft 365 (Online SharePoint, Yammer, MS Teams, OneDrive, Forms etc) have no secret for you;
  • Agile mind adopting new technology easily;
  • Interest in Human Resources, Communication, Marketing, Employer Branding;
  • A first successful experience in a Digital Marketing/ Communications position which includes media planning and campaign activation and tracking;
  • You are fluent in English (knowledge of other languages will be considered as an asset);
  • You have good communication skills and a strong team spirit.

 

What will make you stand out in a crowd:

 

  • Previous experience in content management and curation on Social Media, specially LinkedIn Campaign Manager;
  • Previous experience with Microsoft O365 Applications (Teams, Yammer, Forms, etc) and Online SharePoint;
  • Knowledge in Web Design, PhotoShop, InDesign, Illustrator;
  • A nice personal brand shining through your social media presence.
