Legal Officer

Your future responsibilities:

  • You interact with key stakeholders across the group and support the Company Secretary  Manager with all company secretarial matters for entities across all, but not limited to European and Asia Pacific Alter Domus group entities;
  • You support with the life cycle of legal entities in Luxembourg (liaising with notaries and collation and/or preparation of corporate and KYC documentation if required;
  • You ensure all companies’ records and statutory registers are properly maintained;
  • You assist and/or participate in board meetings, drafting of board packs and taking of  minutes;
  • You manage the filing of the Companies’ records and the archiving and updating of the internal database;
  • Collaborate with senior local contacts from Europe and Asia Pacific, to assess and facilitate execution of key corporate documents and maintain accurate records of group documents;
  • Provide project-based support to migrate current entity level documentation to a new global system;
  • Ensure absence of breaches within group entities related to legal requirements, including financial reporting filings, entity filings and other requirements under the law;
  • Ensure the corporate calendar is up to date with follow ups conducted on a quarterly basis;
  • You will provide consolidated information, reports and schedules regarding any corporate matter such as directorships, ownerships and registered addresses as required by the Company Secretary Manager.

 

 

Your Profile:

  • You have minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role in a corporate/legal environment;
  • You have experience in an international group organization and environment;
  • You are fluent in English with good presentation skills;
  • You have very good organisational skills, with a good command in Excel, able to prioritise and take initiative when appropriate;
  • You are diplomatic, a strong team player and have the ability to interact with stakeholders on all levels in a multicultural environment;
  • You are a high-energy, process & results-oriented person exhibiting a natural drive.

 

Mothly salary from 1750 Eur Gross
