Join our team in Vilnius as a Client Portal Delivery Specialist:

 

As part of a dedicated expert team, you will be responsible for supporting Alter Domus’ Proprietary Client and Investor portal, CorPro. CorPro is Alter Domus’ portal for the Fund Administration business across Private Equity, Debt Capital Markets, and Real Estate verticals.

 

What you will be doing:

Efficiently onboarding new clients and migrate legacy funds to the CorPro portal, encompassing multiple applications for a seamless experience.

Fostering strong relationships during onboarding to showcase Alter Domus' commitment to exceptional customer service.

Educating internal and external users on the platform's capabilities, ensuring comprehensive understanding of its features.

Acting as a point of contact to swiftly address and resolve onboarding issues.

Developing and maintaining top-quality content to facilitate smooth onboarding for new accounts.

Staying updated on product releases and roadmap, communicating relevant information to stakeholders.

Collaborating with key product and technology leads to provide input on platform enhancements.

Participating in User Acceptance Testing for each CorPro release, collaborating with QA and Development teams to ensure the highest standards are met.

 

Your Profile:

- Bachelor's degree in a Business or equivalent work experience

- Minimum 2 years of experience in client onboarding, customer success, or a related role

- Fluent in English

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills

- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite

- Experience in creating user guides, delivering trainings is a plus

 

Salary

From 2000 EUR Gross, the final offer will depend on your experience and expertise.
