Join our Vilnius office as a Client Onboarding Banking Services Officer!
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Your key responsibilities will be:
- Effective engagement with internal teams to ensure sufficient & accurate data received in order to progress bank account opening process on behalf of clients, as well as ensuring updates are provided to internal teams regularly;
- Accurate and timely completion of bank account opening forms;
- Maintain up to date familiarity of the account opening requirements for each 3rd party banking service provider;
- Gathering documentation required for the account opening and entity set up phase which involves liaising with various internal teams;
- External communication with banks in order to discuss points of escalation, ongoing processes changes;
- Organising access for users to online banking platforms;
- Ensuring files & records are maintained in an accurate manner.
YOUR PROFILE:
Preferred skills and qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree+ in a relevant area such as Finance, Legal, Economics, Business or another related field;
- Relevant work experience in the Financial services industry;
- A good working knowledge of banking services, mainly on the account opening process;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Great attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities;
- You are a team player, capable to build strong relationships and take initiative without waiting for direction;
- You are comfortable with day-to-day communication in English.
MONTHLY SALARY: 1,750 EUR - 2,660 EUR Gross
