Alter Domus (AD) is seeking a Business Analyst to support the implementation of our global KYC/AML solution. This role involves primarily working with integrated third-party solution -  Fenergo (AML KYC platform) and the Fenergo Investor Portal (digital portal for AML KYC outreach and verification), as well as touching Kompany (global business registry aggregator), and World-Check One (sanctions and screening tool) integrations. The Business Analyst will play a role in understanding and translating business requirements, as well as successfully implementing them into the Fenergo platform. 

 

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

  

  • You will continuously implement and customize Fenergo platform by delivering end-to-end service to internal business teams. 
  • You will be part of a cross-functional Product Delivery team, consisting of Business Analyst Lead, Product Owner, and other business analysts. 
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, IT, and configuration teams to analyze provided business requirements, ensuring they can be effectively translated into configurations and customizations on the Fenergo platform. 
  • Proactively identify system issues and conduct root cause analysis to implement appropriate fixes or adjustments. 
  • Monitor and communicate on progress, roadblocks, and successes related to Fenergo platform configuration activities with the Business Analyst Lead. 
  • Investigate, analyze and solution issues raised by the users communicated via Product Owner, Business Analyst Lead or IT Support. 
  • Proactively identify, present, and plan areas for improvements, including analyzing newly released Fenergo features. 
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation related to Fenergo platform configurations, changes, and customization for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 
  • Keep track and update your sprint items in Azure DevOps board and weekly stand-up calls. 
  • Understand and follow appropriate SDLC, quality validation processes and application processes. 

  

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Technology, or a related field. Master’s degree and/or relevant certifications (e.g., CAMS, CFE/ Business Analysis) are a plus. 
  • Prior experience in business analyst, KYC analyst, or similar roles within the KYC/AML or financial services industry, would be considered a plus.  
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in translating business requirements into functional specifications and user stories. Ability to prioritize competing demands and manage requirements effectively. 
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities. 
  • Basic understanding, or demonstrated interest/willingness to learn: 
  • KYC/AML within financial services 
  • Agile, Scrum, Waterfall or other project management methodologies 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Ability to convey complex information clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. 

 

 

 

Monthly gross salary: starting from 1750 EUR - 2666 EUR Gross, the final offer will depend on your level of competencies and interview results.
