Join our growing team in Vilnius as a Business Adoption Senior Analyst.

The responsibility of the right candidate will be to actively participate to the deployment and adoption of our eFront platform across all alterDomus offices. 
The successful candidate will be reporting to the Platform Delivery Team leader.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

Play a key role in all sort of adoption initiatives aiming at bringing more efficiency to our Operations teams;
Promote & monitor the usage of system best practices;
Identify gaps in current system functionality and design solutions;
Prepare periodic reports, KPIs and metrics to be presented project stakeholders;
Write documentation such as user guides & manuals and provide training; 
Work closely with the Platform Delivery Team leader and escalate any issues or concerns.
 
YOUR PROFILE:
You have a bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Economics;
You are fluent in English;
You are proficient with Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint;
You are detail oriented, analytical, and inquisitive;
You have 2+ years of experience;
Experience in accounting, fund administration or private equity would be preferable;
A first experience in eFront FrontInvest (FIA) solution would be a plus.

Monthly salary gross: from 2580 Eur
