We are seeking a detail-oriented Finance Officer to join our Contract Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing and validating customer contracts across specific regions or business units, ensuring all contractual data is accurately captured in operational systems and aligned with company policies. Working collaboratively, you will maintain data integrity across Alter Domus' financial operations and support internal stakeholders through efficient processes.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Contract Review & Validation
- Review customer contracts for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with company policies
- Verify that contract terms, conditions, and key data points are correctly captured
- Identify and address discrepancies between contract documentation and system entries
System Data Management
- Ensure accurate input and reflection of contract data in operational systems
- Validate and update contract details including terms, products, pricing and parties
- Perform regular data quality checks and reconciliations, resolving any inconsistencies
Stakeholder Coordination
- Liaise with internal departments including IT/Systems teams
- Resolve technical issues and clarify contract inquiries
Additional Responsibilities
- Process invoice validation and cancellations
- Identify process improvements and implement best practices
YOUR PROFILE:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in contract administration, data management or finance
- Excellent analytical and reconciliation skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Preferred:
- Experience with contract management or ERP software (SAP, Oracle, etc.)
- Understanding of contract terms and data validation processes
- Familiarity with finance or accounting principles
- Previous experience in contract review or compliance
