Alter Domus is currently seeking an Intern to join our Agency Support Team in Vilnius office. This is an exciting opportunity for candidates interested in Financial Services to work on a rapidly growing, business-critical team. The new hire will be an integral member of the Loan Agency Support Team within Private Debt and Credit. 

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Learn to navigate and gain proficiency with both external software systems and internal proprietary systems to update and retrieve reports needed to perform job duties;
  • Assist in coordinating with internal and external parties to help ensure deliverables are tracked, deadlines are met, and proper protocols are followed;
  • Support the population and processing of documentation, including researching and entering information accurately under guidance;
  • Develop client service skills by assisting with internal and external inquiries and helping resolve problems in a timely manner;
  • Gain an understanding of how to open, review, and assign computer files according to directory/file path protocols; and
  • Contribute to ensuring that work is completed accurately and on time, while learning how to track and escalate issues to the appropriate business unit.

 

Agency Support:

  • Begin building product and functional knowledge of the leveraged loan market and Loan Agreements;
  • Assist in supporting the administrative functions of the private credit, direct lender, and broadly syndicated loan ("BSL") markets; and
  • Learn to navigate internal systems and external/industry platforms to verify regulatory adherence and deliver relevant documentation accurately within time sensitive deadlines. 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a business-related field;
  • Basic knowledge and interest in the financial services industry and operations; 
  • Responsive, friendly, and proactive approach;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • High attention to details;
  • Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced, deadline-driven environment;
  • Good organizational and time management skills;
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload;
  • Willingness to take initiative in researching and resolving problems; and
  • Microsoft Excel experience.

Monthly salary for this position is 1153 EUR gross.
