YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
The Loan Administration Manager is responsible for overseeing and managing the one of the global loan administration teams at AlterDomus. This role involves leading a team of loan administrators (including the onboarding and training of new/existing staff), building out the loan admin target operating model, and managing the processing queues and exceptions with the Solvas Digitize system. The Loan Administration Manager will play a critical part of building out the Solvas book of business by liaising with Senior Central Operations Management and Credit & Structured Products Management on implementation efforts and strategic initiatives.

 

•    Leadership and Team Management:

  • Provide strong leadership to the loan administration team, including hiring, training, and performance management.

  • Set clear goals and objectives for the team, monitor progress, and provide guidance to ensure efficient operations.

  • Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Coordinate client implementation and onboarding initiatives with new and existing clients, including assisting with Sentry to Solvas portfolios migrations where appropriate. 

 

•    Process Improvement:

  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to enhance efficiency and reduce turnaround time.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., central operations, trade settlement support, portfolio administration/accounting) to streamline workflows and improve overall loan administration operations.
  • Leverage technology solutions to enhance data integrity, reporting capabilities, and client experience.

 

•    Loan Administration Oversight:

  • Oversee the loan administration process from agent notice receipt, processing, and management of exceptions for past dues / holds; becoming a subject matter expert with the Digitize system.
  • Develop and implement standardized procedures for loan administration activities, specifically working to establish an efficient Solvas loan admin target operating model.
  • Monitor team performance, identify trends or issues, and take appropriate actions to mitigate risks.

 

YOUR PROFILE
•    Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field. 
•    Extensive experience (10+ years) in management within financial services with progressive levels of responsibility.
•    Strong knowledge of loan products, credit agreements, and agent notices.
•    Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
•    Proficiency in using loan administration systems Solvas, WSO, Sentry or equivalent preferred.
•    Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
•    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels.
