Key Responsibilities:

 

  • Prepare service agreements, and other relevant documents relevant for onboarding of Clients and funds and the legal life cycle of client companies.
  • Prepare answers in support of operational teams and advise them on the legal consequences of these documents.
  • Comment on client addendums, notifications letter etc.
  • Deliver support services, documentation review etc.
  • Ensure high level of accuracy and respecting procedures as well as deadlines.
  • Ensure compliance with internal processes relating to legal and corporate tasks.
  • Assist in developing and maintaining legal template documents.
  • Strongly Deliver support services, documentation review etc.
  • Through successful contract negotiation you mitigate legal risk to which Alter Domus is exposed.
  • Ensure accuracy and consistency of relevant data environment.
  • As member of the Global Onboarding Team escalate complex legal. topics to Alter Domus In-House Legal Team.

Profile:

 

  • Work experience of 2 years (PQE) in the International Fund administration.
  • University degree in Law or comparable education with relevant experience.
  • Strong organizational, drafting and negotiation skills
  • Experience in CLM-Docusign/similar document/contract management plattform.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to deal efficiently with different internal counterparts.
  • People-oriented and keen to collaborate with team members.
  • Knowledge of law and regulations is mandatory.
  • Fluent in English; any other Asian language is an asset.
  • Experience with fund documents review.
  • Knowledge of company law understanding of the financial services industry.
  • You are a high-energy, results-oriented person exhibiting a natural drive.
  • You are organised, flexible, able to multi task and manage workload efficiently.
  • You possess the highest personal and professional integrity and have an eye for the detail not losing the essential.
