Learning & Development Senior Manager -APAC & Corporate Functions

THE ROLE

     Drive the development, deployment and embedding of the Alter Domus Academy to equip our  people for their Alter Domus career. The Academy will be a critical component of our EVP, driving engagement, building capability and having a measurable contribution to AD 2023 Strategy.

     Lead all Academy related initiatives for APAC and Corporate Functions (CF - Global); and drive   Leadership Development zone of The Academy at global level.


KEY RESPONSIBILITIES  

 

Implement The Academy infrastructure, process, systems (technology) and governance for APAC and CF.

Drive the annual organisation-wide learning needs analysis and the creation of the yearly Academy activities calendar, supported by HR Business Partners and Academy Ambassadors and Champions – APAC and CF. 

Lead the Leadership Development at global level, ensuring LEAD is deployed, embedded, evaluated and further refined.

Partner with APAC and CF HR Business Partners to ensure the Academy delivers meaningful, innovative and timely content related to On-boarding, Career Development,  Mgt. & Leadership Development, Technical and Mandatory learning. 

Drive the Academy Network for APAC and CF, ensuring solutions are aligned with the Regional needs and local HR Teams are fully involved and supportive

Partner with Comms to design and develop the Academy comms and engagement plans, ensuring our people understand, are excited by, and use the Academy as the Alter Domus destination for their personal and professional development.

Define and manage the Academy Preferred Suppliers list for Leadership Development & Executive Coaching, ensuring great relationships, robust evaluation of services, and continuous improvement of suppliers’ offering. 

Drive automation, AI and digital as key enablers of The Academy, ensuring learning solutions are innovative, commercial, engaging and scalable.

Manage the overall Academy budget, ensuring a commercial and considered approach to costs / spend.

Design, develop and facilitate / deliver learning solutions where appropriate, ensuring interventions are fit for purpose.

Evaluate the effectiveness of The Academy, ensuring learning solutions are fit for purpose and have a positive and measurable impact on capability, engagement and productivity.

Play an active role in other aspect of Organisational Effectiveness agenda, including org design, employee engagment, change & transition.

Keep abreast of the most up to date research and development to ensure the relevance and validity of approach to change

Actively contribute towards the promotion, implementation and measurement of AD HR Strategy/ EVP, acting as a change agent, collaborator and advocate of our future ambitions.

Act as a true ambassador of learning and is perceived as a leader who takes responsiblity for their personal and professiopnal development and growth.

 

EXPERIENCE

Designing, developing and implementing Academies for fast growing global organisations.

Designing, developing and deploying learning solutions related to on-boarding, career development, management and leadership development, technical and mandatory training.

Driving the architecture of Alter Domus Learning Tech ecosystem, based on the principles of systems integration and best-of-breed approach.

Driving a digital learning mindset and embedding learning solutions based on the digital design principles.

Leading community of practices to create the right solutions for the organisation and regions.

·Driving change in a complex, global, fast growing and matrix environment.
