JOB DESCRIPTION
As a Senior Manager within the Fund Accounting team, you will play a central leadership role in managing and developing a high-performing fund accounting function that services a diverse portfolio of private equity, debt and real estate fund clients. This role is also forward-looking: you will contribute to the evolution of our service model by championing automation, AI and process efficiency, engaging in technology roadmap discussions including our specialist systems eFront and Yardi, and leading or participating in internal projects that strengthen how we operate.

- Provide coaching, technical guidance and quality oversight to your team, acting as a sponsor for career progression and learning; extend this oversight to any outsourced teams, ensuring consistent standards, clear quality control frameworks and seamless delivery on behalf of clients;
- Take part in new business meetings, contribute to proposals and presentations, and coordinate all new client setup activity relating to accounting and reporting, demonstrating our bespoke suite of reporting solutions.
Innovation & Continuous Improvement
- Champion automation, AI and process efficiency across the fund accounting function, actively engaging in technology roadmap discussions and system enhancements, including eFront and Yardi, to meet evolving client needs;
