JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Welcome guests on arrival;
- Screening, and handling where appropriate, reception telephone calls, enquiries and requests;
- High standard of maintenance of meeting rooms and reception area;
- Dealing with couriers and post;
- Liaising with suppliers and staff;
- Managing and scheduling meetings for directors;
- Organising appointments and maintaining director’s diaries, ensuring they are well-prepared for meetings;
- Dealing with incoming emails and post;
- Producing documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations;
- Collaborating with management on various projects;
- Participating in the administrative tasks related to the directors’ departments;
- Arranging travel and accommodation;
- Responsible for submitting expenses on behalf of directors;
- Assisting with marketing events where necessary;
- Assisting the office manager where necessary;
- Adhering to internal policies and procedures.
YOUR PROFILE:
• You possess experience in relevant business domain (5 years);
• You have excellent written and spoken English;
• You have excellent keyboard skills;
• You are MS-Office software literate;
• You are organised, flexible and able to manage several skills;
• You demonstrate good communication and reporting skills;
• You demonstrate a reliable personality, focused on integrity and confidentiality;
• You demonstrate a pragmatic approach to problems;
• You demonstrate the ability to prioritise.
