Administrator (Corporate and Fund Services)

For our office in Jersey, we are currently looking for Administrators within our Private Equity, Real Estate Funds and Corporate Services divisions. We offer a dynamic and international working environment with the benefit of customised training adapted to your career needs.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

You will be responsible for a portfolio of clients and will work as part of a team to achieve and meet their needs.

 

Specific responsibilities include the following:

 

  • Assisting with the day-to-day operations of structures and following up with third parties, including investors and clients;
  • Keeping the books and assisting with the preparation of periodic management reports, year- end financial statements, regulatory reporting, and any other funds related reports;
  • Assisting in the coordination of year-end audits;
  • Assisting in the organisation of board meetings and shareholders’ meetings;
  • Assisting with the preparation, collation and ongoing monitoring of Know Your Customer / Client Due Diligence and promoter / corporate files;
  • Acting as a contact person between shareholders, investment managers, and custodian banks for resolution of any issues that may arise;
  • Assisting with general office duties.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • You have good academic qualifications (A-Levels, degree or equivalent);
  • You are studying towards an accountancy or company secretarial qualification or are willing to start (e.g ACCA or ICSA);
  • You have knowledge between 0 - 2 years of relevant experience in finanical services or corporate and fund administration industry.
