Alter Domus France has a team of 60+ professionals with expertise in Real Estate and Private Equity accounting and fund administration and is operating as an accounting firm under the supervision of OEC. We are looking for a Corporate Services Senior Manager to join our expanding team in France.  Your responsibilities will include:

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES
 

 

  • Team Management and Leadership: in cooperation with the other leaders of the team the role will be focussed on building and developing team capability and cohesion to achieve client deliverables. Play an active role in development of career paths.
  • Client relationship management: actively maintain individual client relationships to enhance and build future business opportunities.
  • Participation in the continuous improvement and standardization of processes with the objectives of guaranteeing the quality and timeliness of deliverables, and profitability.
  • Supervision of accounting engagements (accounting work, monthly, quarterly and annual reporting, preparation of annual accounts.
  • Supervision of tax compliance declarations (Annual tax returns, VAT, CVAE, etc.) and contacts with tax authorities if necessary. 
  • Coordination of external auditors during their legal audit work of client companies.
  • Supervision of company secretarial services (company creation, general meeting, etc.).
  • Technology adoption: actively engage in Alter Domus group’s initiatives to adopt new tools.
  • Support for commercial development (participation in meetings with prospects and establishment of pricing proposals).
  • Customer invoicing and profitability monitoring.

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

 

  • You are a qualified accountant (DEC).
  • You have management experience in accounting of at least 7 years.
  • Knowledge of Real Estate accounting. 
  • You have good command of IT tools (Excel, Word, Sage Generation expert/coala is a plus).
  • You have good written and oral communication skills in French and English.
  • You are organised, rigorous, curious, have a sense of anticipation, team spirit and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
