  • Operational Oversight: Lead and coordinate Business as Usual (BAU) delivery across the team, ensuring the timely and accurate production of Fund NAV reports, client reporting, and all associated fund administration deliverables.
  • Project & Product Delivery: Coordinate and drive the delivery of additional client projects and new product/service implementations alongside BAU activities, ensuring effective prioritisation and resource management.
  • Team Leadership & Development: Lead, coach and develop a team of fund administration professionals. Foster a culture of high performance, continuous improvement and accountability. Identify talent and support individual career development.
  • Technical Governance: Oversee the validation of all work delivered by the team. Contribute to the design and improvement of systems and processes to meet evolving client needs, leveraging fund administration IT platforms.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage relationships with third-party service providers including auditors, law firms, custodians, and prime brokers.

YOUR PROFILE

  • Proven experience with the eFront accounting platform; experience with other workflow tools is a strong asset.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate and develop a multi-level team.
  • Strong client credibility - ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders and represent the firm at a senior level.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities - balancing BAU delivery with the execution of strategic projects and new product rollouts.
