Data Migration Analyst (1-year Fixed Term Contract)

The chosen applicant will be responsible for supporting the global payroll outsourcing project from a data migration/transformational perspective.




You will join the HR department and work in a dynamic team responsible for the following tasks in supporting the successful delivery of the Global outsourced payroll project:


  • Responsible to develop and manage all data collection ,validation and transformation for the project;
  • Perform data migration audit, reconciliation and exception reporting;
  • Perform source system data analysis in order to manage source to target data mapping;
  • Perform migration and testing of static data and transaction data from one core system to another;
  • Responsible for the data migration, manipulation and merging of large complex data sets;
  • Work with subject matter experts and project team to identify, define, collate, document and communicate the data migration requirements;
  • Support the various stakeholders in the process across multiple jurisdictions.




  • Ideally you have 2-5 years of previous data experience In relevant fields such as mapping, migration and transformation;
  • Expert in in MS Excel including advanced formulas functions;
  • Knowledge of SQL, PL/SQL, SAP, ETL tools, Data conversion, Data De-duplication, Data Cleansing methodologies;
  • You hold a relevant university degree or equivalent in the fields of business, computer or data science, economics, or any other relevant field;
  • Highly effective working in a team, as well as working independently;
  • Ability to identify problem areas, develop potential solutions and meet strict deadlines;
  • Previous experience in payroll projects will be considered as an asset.
