We are seeking to hire a Corporate Administrator to join our Nicosia office. We offer a dynamic, and international corporate atmosphere as well as the benefit of customized training adapted to your needs throughout your career
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- You will have day to day responsibility for a varied portfolio of containing a mix of regulated and unregulated corporate entities including funds, companies and will act as one of the main liaison and points of contact for all matters relating to the client;
- Working on the setup and / or onboarding of client structures, and administering complex international structures;
- Assisting with the preparation, collation and ongoing monitoring of Know Your Customer / Client Due Diligence and promoter / corporate files;Interaction with clients, board members, third party intermediaries such as banks, lawyers, accountants and tax advisors both in person and via written or telephone communication;
- Preparing for and participating in board and shareholders' meetings;
- Maintenance of statutory records for entities and ensuring filing requirements are met;
- Monitoring changes in relevant legislation and the regulatory environment and taking the appropriate action;
- Comply with internal procedures, maintenance of databases, records, and files.Taking care of the day-to-day operations of the entities;
- While employed as an officer you will have the opportunity to attend training to enhance your current skills and learn new ones as well.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You have at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in a reputable corporate services firm.You will have relevant experience managing both regulated and unregulated structures of a similar nature;
- Your have experience and understanding of KYC and AML practices and procedures;
- Fluency in both English and Greek (written and spoken) is a requirement;
- You possess good communication skills and you are able to deal with people at all levels;
- You possess team spirit, the capacity to build strong client relationships;
- You adopt a flexible and hands-on approach with the ability to prioritise and to handle multiple projects simultaneously is essential;
- You are organised with an eye for detail;
- You can work independently and take initiative when appropriate while also possessing risk awareness and high integrity when dealing with confidential information;
- Prior Quorum and/or Blueprint experience (now called Diligent) would be a plus;
- Hold a relevant professional qualification or be working towards one. Will be considered an advantage.
