JOB DESCRIPTION

 

The Head of Client and Industry Solutions is a member of the Commercial Leadership Team and reporting into the Chief Commercial Officer responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships by identifying business challenges and opportunities that Alter Domus is suited to solving on behalf of these customers. They act as a strategic partner, bridging the gap between client requirements and the company's products and services to deliver value-driven solutions.

 

This executive role requires deep industry knowledge to craft innovative strategies that address the unique needs of vertical market, such as Real Assets, Private Credit, Private Equity and Company Secretary services. They are the critical link connecting AD company's product capabilities with customers' business needs and strategic goals and are critical in commercial discussions, partnering with the leads in the Global Signature accounts team as well as relationship managers who lead on Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts.  They will work alongside RM and Sales leaders in all pitches and bringing through leadership and credibility.

 

The Head of Client & Industry Solutions will champion a customer-centric approach that drives revenue and long-term customer success within a specific market segment. They do this by identifying customer pain points and market gaps and then aligning internal solutions, sales, and marketing efforts to deliver highly relevant, industry-focused solutions.

 

 

PROFILE 

 

  • Client engagement: Engage directly with key clients and C-level executives to build trusted advisor relationships. This involves participating in high-stakes sales meetings and consulting engagements to design and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Solution design and development: Work collaboratively with clients to analyze their business needs, challenges, and goals, and then design and propose comprehensive solutions.
  • Strategic Consulting and Solution: Provide expertise and strategic guidance to clients, helping them understand how the company's offerings can maximize their business performance and ROI and unique value assessment. Define and lead the overall vision and strategy for customer industry solutions. This includes prioritizing which market segments to target and which solutions to develop to maximize business outcomes and large transformation deals when customers seek consolidation of multiple providers and change of their operating model.
  • Relationship management: Serve as point of contact for clients, building trust and maintaining long-term relationships through regular cand excellent communication.
  • Business (sales and revenue) growth: Identify opportunities for growth within existing accounts through upselling, cross-selling, and expanding the scope of services and new accounts.
  • Proposal management: Assist in preparing proposals, responding to RFPs and sales and revenue.
  • Performance tracking: Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and project outcomes to measure success and provide data-driven insights to both clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Industry expertise: Serve as the company's leading subject-matter expert on a specific industry, providing insights into market demands, regulatory changes, and emerging trends to shape product and sales strategies.
  • Cross-functional leadership: Collaborate closely with product management, and work alongside marketing, and sales teams to ensure solutions are both technically feasible and compelling to the target customer. They often act as a bridge between internal technical teams and external clients.
  • Thought leadership: Publish thought leadership content, such as white papers and articles, and speak at industry events to elevate the company's reputation as a market leader.
  • Performance and feedback: Analyze market and customer data to track the performance of industry solutions, gather feedback, and influence the product roadmap.
