The GTM Program Lead is the execution engine of the GTM Strategy and Commercial Transformation Office. This role owns day-to-day program delivery across priority GTM initiatives; translating strategy into structured plans, driving cross-functional execution, and ensuring measurable outcomes. You will lead multiple work streams at once, manage stakeholders across Commercial, Product, Marketing, Operations and Client Services, and ensure delivery of high quality outputs that improve how the commercial organization operates, sells, and scales. 

 

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

 


Program & Project Delivery

  • Lead end-to-end delivery for a portfolio of GTM and commercial transformation initiatives.
  • Build and run project plans: scope, milestones, dependencies, operating cadence, completion.
  • Drive execution rhythms: workstream standups, stakeholder updates, issue resolution, escalations, progress reporting.

Execution & Stakeholder Management

  • Partner with functional leaders to align objectives and convert goals into actionable work.Facilitate workshops to define requirements, map current/future state, drive decisions (quickly).
  • Proactively identify risks, bottlenecks, and misalignment; escalate with recommendations

Business Rigor and Impact Measurement

  • Define KPIs, adoption targets; report performance and insights.
  • Produce exec-ready materials: program updates, dashboards, roadmaps, comms, rollout plans.
  • Support continuous improvement: capture lessons learned, institutionalize best practices, templates and playbooks

Change Management & Adoption

  • Own rollout coordination: stakeholder comms, enablement, feedback loops.
  • Ensure initiatives land with high adoption – partner closely with leadership in sales, enablement, marketing, ops

 

 

YOUR PROFILE

 

 

  • 10+ years experience in program / project delivery, consulting, GTM operations, commercial operations, transformation, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives from ambiguity to launch and adoption.
  • Strong project management fundamentals.
  • Executive-ready communication skills (clear writing, crisp synthesis, confident facilitation).
  • Analytical and structured problem solving; comfortable working with metrics and dashboards
  • High ownership, bias to action, comfort operating in fast-moving environments

Salary Range: For this role we offer a salary of $145,000 - $180,000 depending on the skills and experience brought to the position. We encourage all candidates to apply and discuss the overall package with our recruitment team.
