We are looking for a Business Executive to join our team. In this role, you will report directly to the Chief Commercial Officer at Alter Domus and be based in our New York office. This is an exciting and dynamic opportunity for an ambitious professional to provide dedicated executive support while gaining C-Suite level exposure in a fast-growing global business. This role will assist in the proactive management of the CCOs office and will support the CCO in the execution of her responsibilities working directly with the Group Executive Board and gaining first-hand experience of strategic assignments that will shape the future direction of the company.
YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Communication Liaison: Act as a central point of contact between the CCO and internal/external stakeholders. Screen and manage incoming communications, responding on their behalf when appropriate, ensuring timely and accurate information flow.
• Document Preparation: Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the CCO. This includes researching and compiling data, creating visually appealing materials, and maintaining a high level of accuracy and confidentialityProject Support: Assist in coordinating and managing various projects. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, monitor project timelines, and provide regular updates to ensure successful completion.

• Meeting Coordination: Plan, schedule, and coordinate internal and external meetings, including logistics, agenda preparation, and pre and post-meeting follow-ups. Attend meetings, when necessary, take notes, and disseminate relevant information and follow up on action items. • Travel Arrangements: Arrange complex travel itineraries, including flights, accommodation, and transport, ensuring the CCO’s travel plans align with business priorities. Arrange visas and other travel documents (including vaccines, Covid tests, etc.).
• Expense Management: Manage expense reporting, tracking, and reimbursement processes, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
• Diary Management: Efficiently organize and manage the CCO’s schedule, ensuring optimal use of time, prioritizing meetings, appointments, and other commitments, including forward-planning of standing meetings such as Commercial Leadership Team meetings and attendance at Group Executive Board meetings.
• Confidentiality and Discretion: Manage sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions.
• Ad-hoc Support: Provide additional support as needed, adapting to evolving priorities and challenges, and demonstrating flexibility in managing various tasks.
• Time Management: Ensure timesheets are completed on time and approve holiday requests for members of the Commercial Leadership Team (CLT).
• Partnership: Partner with the People Team to support the onboarding of new commercial team directors and support with induction meetings.
• IT Updates: Ensure key stakeholders in the team are aware of any IT updates.
• Document Management: Manage the electronic signature of documents
YOUR PROFILE
Successful candidates for this role will ideally be currently in a junior management position with relevant experience in strategy, management consulting, or M&A/Corporate Finance, along with an MBA or similar qualification. They should be looking to advance their careers in a commercial setting, ideally with a background in professional or financial services. Strong project management skills are essential, particularly in fast-paced environments, where candidates can apply their technical and analytical abilities to problem-solving. A proven track record in creating high-quality presentations and management reports is required, along with advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, coupled with a keen attention to detail, will enable candidates to confidently review the work of others, including senior stakeholders, and provide guidance and direction. The ability to work independently under pressure and maintain confidentiality is crucial in excelling as a Business Executive at Alter Domus.
