HR Senior Officer

1.Administrating Employee Life cycle activities i.e. absence management, employee details, HRIS updates.
2.Resolution of employee queries on administrative matters across different locations.
3.Lead HR Projects and proactively contribute to group wide initiatives/projects. 
4.Your role will focus on using technology, automation and the functionalisation of core processes to ensure the seamless migration of work to drive improvements in service to deliver a superb employee experience.
5.Be involved and participate in ad hoc projects and activities.
6.Lead by example and take full ownership of key HR processes and procedures.
7.Act as the First Point of Escalations of HR related issues providing best in class customer service to all employees.
8.Risk and Control Management – proactively identify risks and propose/implement controls and improvements to mitigate them.
9.Maintain accurate data and records to ensure we are fully compliant for auditing purposes.
10.Review and update policies and procedures.


1.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources or related field.
2.2-4 years of experience in HR and/or people operations function, preferably within an international context.
3.Experience of reviewing, diagnosing and executing core processes using tools and technology to improve service delivery.  
4.You will have a high attention to detail.
5.Proven ability to learn quickly, adapt and develop innovative ideas and creative solutions to problems.
6.Strong computer literacy particularly in MS Excel (Lookup Functions, Pivots etc.)
7.Fluency in English (reading, writing, and speaking) is a requirement. 
8.Experience of working with HR systems would be a plus.
9.You demonstrate high integrity and ethics in particular when dealing with confidential and/or sensitive information.
