We are looking for a Senior UX designer to join our product design and discovery team. As a UX designer, you will work closely with product managers, engineers, and other designers to create intuitive and user-friendly products.

 

Responsibilities:


•    Conduct user research through methods like interviews, surveys, persona creation to understand user behaviors, needs, and motivations
•    Create low and high-fidelity prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts
•    Run usability studies to gather feedback and insights on designs
•    Create user flows, journey maps, sitemaps to conceptualize the user experience
•    Support senior designers in building design systems and pattern libraries
•    Run A/B testing experiments to solve problems and optimize conversion
•    Make suggestions to improve the overall usability and enjoyment of products
•    Create specs to hand off designs to engineering teams
•    Stay up-to-date on the latest UX/UI trends and technologies
•    Participate in Design Sprints and workshops to align on product approach and validation


Requirements:


•    Degree in human-computer interaction, design or related field
•    4+ years in a UX Architecture Role ideally within the financial services sector

•    Proficiency with design software like Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite
•    Experience with Microsoft Office is a plus
•    Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
•    Ability to communicate and defend design decisions
•    Empathy, creativity and problem solving skills
•    Good understanding of web and mobile app functionality constraints
