The eFiling Manager oversees the organization, supervision and control of the eFiling team, who is in charge of exchanging Alter Domus’ clients data with different Luxembourg authorities (LBR, My Guichet, eCDF, VAT, TAX, etc.).
She/he assists her/his team in the preparation and review, and ensures all filings meet legal deadlines and technical requirements from various Luxembourg authorities’ platforms.
The eFiling Manager documents and controls internal processes are strictly followed, ensuring Alter Domus standards are met and the law respected. She/he also ensures the safekeeping and right categorization of both official and supporting documentation generated during various processes. She/he is also ready to adapt and improve processes over time, according to new legal or technical requirements. She/he able to work on projects, define internal processes and KPI’s, embed new technologies and automation. She/he is able to organize its team capacity to meet deadlines while completing long term projects and objectives. A continuous watch of the legal framework evolution and developments is required too.
r Profile
- have at least 5 years of experience in the financial or administrative sector;
- You have an extended knowledge of the Luxembourg legal framework (Legal, Corporate Secretary);
- You have a basic knowledge of Direct and Indirect Tax principles;
- You are fluent in French and English;
- German understanding will be considered as a supplementary advantage;
- You have a very good knowledge of MS Excel and use it intensively for controls, reports, trackers and plannings;
- You have good written and oral communication skills, and can communicate adequately via phone or email;
- You have a rigorous work ethic, and demonstrate flexibility to meet deadlines;
- You can prioritize, organize and follow-up various team’s tasks in a workflow;
- You are able to document existing and new process, optimize and measure results;
- You are able to organize a team and monitor its progress;
- You have an existing knowledge about documents formats, electronic exchanges and safekeeping;
- Previous experience with eCDF, MyGuichet, and LBR platforms will be considered an additional advantage.
