Technical Systems Administrator - Real Estate

Location: 

Luxembourg, LU

To support Alter Domus product growth and vertical integration strategy, we are looking for an experienced Technical Systems Administrator to help implement and manage the EMEA region of a global Real Estate platform.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

  • Business requirements capturing and prioritisation;
  • Management and implementation of application and platform roadmap in alignment with Real Estate segment strategy and geo expansion plan;
  • Management and implementation of Real Estate segment application landscape blueprint, including systems interfacing with Yardi;
  • Participate in implementation partner selection, governance and quality control of implementation program, overarching program management, including risk and cost control;
  • Participate in Design Thinking, Agile, and Lean methods which establish rhythm for the team, promote ongoing communication, and iterative refinement of roadmaps;
  • Work and collaborate primarily with internal partners. From software engineering, UX/UI, and analytics, you will be fostering relationships with co-workers across the company to support their efforts while delivering products;
  • Skilled meeting facilitator with superior project management and presentation abilities;
  • Experience in dealing with senior management and executive level teams;
  • Solid understanding of various system integrations and workflow dependencies;
  • Willingness to work in a hands-on, high volume, dynamic, and constantly evolving environment;
  • Regularly and systematically use key performance indicators (KPI's) and other data to uncover opportunities, track product performance, and drive decision making;
  • Prepare and present periodic project dashboards for higher management and different stakeholders;
  • Change management and training for IT and business users.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • BSc preferable in Accounting, Business, Real Estate, Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience;
  • At least 7-10 years of experience with Yardi, including the implementation of Yardi Voyager and various add-ons;
  • Experience in clarifying objectives, dealing with ambiguity/under-defined problems, advocating for simplification, and influencing teams;
  • Ability to enable business capabilities through innovation;
  • Experience managing project budgets and reporting;
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills; Ability to effectively communicate across third parties and technical and business product managers;
  • Keen Attention to detail and good organisational skills;
  • Ability to travel up to 30% within Europe.
