Your role 

 

As part of our Talent Acquisition team, you will be integrated into a results-driven and agile team, providing dedicated support to our Recruitment function. Your key responsibilities will encompass the following: 

  • Coordinating and scheduling interviews with candidates in alignment with internal stakeholders' availability 

  • Conducting initial screening interviews via telephone and in-person, ensuring a professional and consistent candidate experience 

  • Managing the publication of job vacancies across local and international platforms in accordance with company standards 

  • Performing thorough screening and assessment of incoming applications against defined role criteria 

  • Maintaining and updating HR databases to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with data management policies 

  • Representing the organisation at job fairs and other external recruitment events, contributing to employer branding initiatives 

  • Providing general administrative support, including document management, filing, scanning, and reproduction of materials 

 

Candidate Profile 

 

The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements: 

  • Currently enrolled in a University degree program with a minimum qualification of Bac +3 in Human Resources or a related discipline 

  • Fully proficient in English; knowledge of French and/or German will be regarded as a significant advantage 

  • Demonstrable proficiency in Microsoft Windows and the full MS Office suite 

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively within a team environment 

  • Capable of operating with a high degree of autonomy while maintaining rigorous attention to detail and a strong sense of professional accountability
