YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:


Lead the product and service delivery for RC/MLRO & KYA services for Alter Domus Luxembourg


•    Appointed as RC for ADAAFA Strategic clients;
•    Principal point of contact for the business;
•    Manage the team of RC/MLRO Specialists and RC/MLRO support staff;
•    Lead the KYA service with an outsourced specialist;
•    Lead new business opportunities and develop a marketing pack;
•    Lead the maintenance of product templates and supporting documentation;
•    Support product development and innovation streamlining processes through automation or process improvement to ensure all processes are cost efficient;
•    Promote automation, process efficiency and participate to Tech roadmap;
•    Where possible, align other jurisdictions with MLRO type reporting requirements.


YOUR PROFILE:


•    A professional/relevant qualification in Compliance and/or AML would be advantageous;
•    At least 8+ years' experience in a fund compliance environment;
•    Extensive technical knowledge with a comprehensive understanding of applicable regulations and regulators;
•    Excellent interpersonal skills are required to develop and maintain close working relationships with colleagues and third parties;
•    Strong people management capabilities;
•    Able to influence and deal comfortably with staff at all levels.
