YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct comprehensive investor file reviews in accordance with onboarding and monitoring plans, ensuring compliance with all regulatory and AML/CFT requirementsLiaise with investors to obtain documentation in accordance with the deadlines set
- Serve as primary KYC contact for assigned high-value and complex investors, building strong relationships through clear and professional communication
- Work closely with business teams to provide practical AML/KYC advice that supports client service while meeting regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate KYC information across internal databases with strong attention to detail
- Prepare risk memos on high-risk cases and present them to internal committees, providing clear analysis and recommended actions
- Drive continuous improvement of due diligence processes, documentation practices, and support systems by identifying inefficiencies and proposing risk-based solutions
- Support management in developing and maintaining internal reporting frameworks and KPIs
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture where analytical thinking is valued over checkbox compliance
- Act as first line of support to your team manager on day-to-day operational matters
YOUR PROFILE
- 3-5 years of AML/CDD/KYC experience with demonstrable expertise in applying regulatory requirements to complex scenarios
- Good understanding of AML/CFT laws and regulations with practical experience applying compliance requirements
- Strong knowledge of legal entity structures (domestic and international), including trusts, foundations, and complex ownership chains
- Degree in Law, Business, Finance, Economics, or related field (preferred)
- Client-focused problem solver - You balance regulatory requirements with business needs, finding practical solutions that manage risk effectively
- Results-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Flexible, proactive "can-do" attitude with ability to work under pressure and manage competing deadlines
- Team player who takes ownership and follows through on commitments
- Fluent in English (spoken and written); additional languages such as French and German are considered an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office
