The Oversight of Delegates Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the performance of delegated functions within the organization. This role will ensure that all delegated services are executed in compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, while also maintaining the highest standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform initial due diligence to oversee the delegation of services to third-party providers, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards internal policies and market standards.
• Continuously assess the performance of delegates, providing guidance and support to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Ensure the collection and analysis of KPI service providers
• Maintain a portfolio of service providers to organize periodic due diligence reviews.
• Conduct regular audits of delegated functions to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and maintain effective oversight frameworks and reporting mechanisms.
• Act as the primary point of contact for delegates, addressing any issues or concerns that may arise.
• Prepare and present reports on delegate performance to senior management and stakeholders (AIFM Conducting Officer and Board).
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence within the oversight team.
• Conduct and organize request of Due Diligence on ADMC
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration, or a related field; an advanced degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CAIA) is a plus.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in fund administration, compliance, or a related field, with a focus on oversight and delegation.
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry standards related to delegated services.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make informed decisions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
