Manager of Tax Compliance

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

As a Manager of Tax Compliance, you will be responsible for all of the group's tax compliance and will work across a mix of corporate income tax, VAT and some transfer pricing matters. You will report directly to the Group Controller and work closely with the finance team in Luxembourg and the Regional CFOs in the US, EMEA and Asia Pacific.

 

Your specific responsibilities include:

 

  • Tax compliance of all the entities with assistance as required of local tax advisors;
  • Definition of the intercompany transactions model and determining the impacts in terms of all tax aspects;
  • Support international tax compliance and reporting aspects of mergers and acquisitions;
  • Assisting the Group Head of Tax during tax audits and related tax matters;
  • Support the local finance teams in reviewing the tax filing;
  • Work closely third party service providers around the globe;

 

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • You have at least 5-7 years of relevant working experience in corporate tax and VAT;
  • You bring ideally relevant working experience in transfer pricing;
  • You have a degree in accounting, tax or a related field;
  • You are familiar with the tax challenges within an international organization;
  • Working Knowledge of SAP considered as an asset;
  • You have strong interpersonal skills and excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • You are proactive, with the ability to multi-task and learn quickly, and feel comfortable in a fast-paced environment;
  • You possess team spirit, risk awareness and high integrity when dealing with confidential information;
  • You are fluent in English, knowledge of French considered as an asset;
