YOUR FUTURE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Working under the supervision of the Team Leader, you will:
- Oversee the day-to-day administration of a portfolio of client entities, coordinating tasks, prioritizing workloads, and ensuring the timely delivery of all deadlines.
- Support and coordinate corporate transactions on behalf of clients, including subscriptions, share transfers, capital increases, and profit distributions.
- Maintain, update, and safeguard statutory records, corporate databases, regulatory filings, and associated payments in accordance with applicable requirements.
- Ensure the accuracy and completeness of internal databases, including MDM and ADConnect, by keeping all records consistently up to date.
- Support the billing process end-to-end, including the preparation, collection, and submission of payment instructions to banking institutions.
- Collect and review KYC documentation, prepare bank account opening forms, and liaise with external parties to ensure full compliance and a seamless onboarding experience.
- Proactively contribute to ad hoc corporate secretarial tasks and special projects as required by the team.
YOUR PROFILE:
- You are fluent in both written and spoken English and French;
- You are MS-Windows software literate, knowledge of Outlook is an asset;
- You have 1 to 2 years of relevant experience or in a similar position - experience in Luxembourg will be considered as an asset;
- You demonstrate a pragmatic approach to problems;
- You are organised, flexible and able to manage several skills;
- You demonstrate good communication and reporting skills;
- You demonstrate a reliable personality, focused on integrity and confidentiality;
- You are a good team player (helpful, showing solidarity and share information).
