Duties of the position include providing invoice management, purchase order and project costs control.

The candidate will be the operational link between the Finance department and the IT function. Your main responsibilities will include:

 

Invoice management control:

 

  • Be the single point of contact for supplier invoice management;
  • Manage workflow by assigning review tasks to IT budget owners, ensuring that payment deadlines are met and work is completed correctly;
  • Control incoming invoices by executing a first sanity check;
  • Prepare booking entry for IT Senior management review;
  • Give assistance to supplier manager towards more meaningful invoices;
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly payment and outstanding reports;
  • Develop and maintain a claim recording;
  • Collect missing evidences to release invoices for approval;
  • Assist in training budget owners and new hires on invoice management;
  • Provide support, control and assist in training on purchase order management;
  • Involved in project cost control in keeping-up-to-date different project structures, collecting status, consolidating reporting and controlling missing timesheet.

 

YOUR PROFILE:

 

  • Degree in Accounting and/or first experience within financial controlling position
  • Pragmatic approach to problems, you are organized, flexible and able to multitasking;
  • Good communication and reporting skills; you are consultative, but also willing to challenge;
  • Reliable personality, focused on integrity and confidentiality;
  • Good team player (helpful, showing solidarity and share information)
  • Basic IT domain understanding
  • Proficiency in MS Office with expertise in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint and Excel;
  • Fluency in both written and spoken English;
