JOB DESCRIPTION:


As Administrative Agent, you will be in charge of sending efilings to Luxembourg administration (VAT, TAX, RCS, etc.). You will prepare and send filings in accordance to our internal processes, ensuring Alter Domus clients' expectations are met, while keeping the filings In line with the law. 


Responsibilities include:
•    Preparation of extracts for publication, requisition forms and other document relating to company’s decisions;
•    Filing of reviewed Corporate Tax, VAT, and Financial statements on dedicated platforms (MyGuichet, eCDF, RCS, etc.);
•    Mediate between the Administration and internal staff expectations;
•    Upload of efiling-related official documents in our in-house document management system.


YOUR PROFILE:
•    You are a new graduate, or you already have experience in the financial or administrative sector. Legal experience or knowledge will be considered an additional advantage;
•    Your first language is French, and you are fluent In English. Good German comprehension will be considered an advantage;
•    You have good written and oral communication skills, and can communicate adequately via phone or email;
•    You have a rigorous work ethic, and willing to be flexible to meet deadlines;
•    You can work as part of a team, prioritize and organize your own tasks and follow-up;
•    Previous experience with eCDF, MyGuichet, and LBR platforms will be considered an additional advantage.
