Administrative Agent - CDD

For our office in Luxembourg, we are currently looking for an Administrative Agent. We offer a young, dynamic, and international corporate atmosphere as well as the benefit of customized training adapted to your needs throughout your career.




The Administrative Agent is in charge of filings to Luxembourg administration (VAT, TAX, RCS, etc.). He/She prepares and sends filings respecting our internal processes, ensuring Alter Domus clients expectations are met while respecting the law.


  • Prepare legal filings for Luxemburgish clients, interface between the Administration and internal staff expectations;
  • Upload related documents in our document management system (ADConnect);
  • Preparation of extracts for publication, requisition forms and other document relating to company’s decisions;
  • Filing of reviewed Corporate Tax, VAT, on dedicated platforms (MyGuichet, eCDF, RCS, etc.)




  • You are a new graduate, or you have already experience in the financial or administrative sector;
  • You have a very good understanding in both reading and writing of French;
  • You have a good level of English;
  • You are both rigorous and flexible;
  • You communicate very well, by phone, e-mail;
  • You are able to work as part of a team;
  • Legal experience or knowledge will be considered as an additional advantage;
  • Previous experience of eCDF, MyGuichet, RCS platforms will be considered as an additional advantage.
