  • Reporting to Global Head of Sales, the Sales & Business Development Director in the UK will have responsibility for identifying and selling Alter Domus DCM products and services. These products include Agency services, CLO manager services, Loan Administration and Trade Settlement.
  • Identify, build relationships and drive revenue growth from new clients and prospect relationships.
  • Maintain relationships with business feeders in the UK (law firms, advisors and other financial professionals).
  • Work with the Local Management teams, Group Sales, Operations and Relationship Management teams to identify and target opportunities with potential clients.
  • Position Alter Domus as a key player in the DCM UK and European market, improving Alter Domus visibility through participating in and speaking at industry events such as conferences and webinars in order to actively build networks and pipelines across the market.
  • Keep watch on competitor activities and deliver insight and thought-leadership on market trends to anticipate client needs.
  • Ensure that all fee proposals are agreed internally before release, providing pricing advice as appropriate.
  • Develop and maintain detailed sales account plan for prospects and campaigns.
  • Monitor development and progress against sales plans for prospects.
  • Develop product knowledge of AD’s wider product offering.
  • Drive a culture of compliance and risk control to mitigate financial, operational and reputational risks.
  • As a director of Alter Domus, maintain a relentless focus on cost and budget discipline, driving a culture of accountability.
  • As a senior leader, promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture both internally and externally, acting as a role model to our people, clients and customers.
  • The director will be accountable for ensuring that the highest social and environmental responsibility and standard are maintained in all internal and external interactions.
