Corporate Receptionist - London

JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

As a receptionist, you will work as part of a team and be responsible for the following:

 

  • Welcoming the clients, visitors and suppliers;
  • Managing all incoming calls;
  • Preparing and managing the meeting rooms;
  • Assisting internal and external clients on administrative tasks;
  • Providing administrative support (e.g. travel arrangements, checking invoices).

 

Your profile:

 

  • Several years in a receptionist role, preferably within in international financial services provider;
  • You are fluent in English. Knowledge of any other EU languages such as French and/or German will be considered as an asset;
  • You have strong communication skills, with a high level of energy and enthusiasm to regularly engage with multiple stakeholders, including clients;
  • You have good command of the Microsoft Office package;
  • You are client oriented, rigorous and you like to take initiatives;
  • You demonstrate a strong team spirit, excellent coordination and organizational skills as well as a high degree of autonomy;
  • You are dynamic and have excellent communication skills;
  • Diplomacy, stress resistance and discretion are essential qualities.
