The Access Management Analyst is a front-line operational role responsible for executing day-to-day Identity and Access Management activities across alterDomus' SailPoint, Okta/Auth0 and CyberArk platforms. This role is ideal for someone looking to build a career in Identity and Access Management within a global Cyber Resiliency function.

As part of a cross-skilled team, the Access Management Analyst will support access provisioning, certification and privileged account operations across the three IAM pillars: Identity Governance (SailPoint IdentityNow), Customer Identity (Okta / Auth0), and Privileged Access (CyberArk PAM, EPM & WPM). We are hiring six Access Management Analysts, two per shift across Shift A, B and C, reporting to the respective Shift Lead.

 

Your responsibilities:

 

Access Provisioning & Administration

  • Execute joiner/mover/leaver (JML) access provisioning, deprovisioning and modification requests across SailPoint, Okta/Auth0 and CyberArk.
  • Process access requests and approval workflows in line with role-based access control (RBAC) policies.

Identity Governance — SailPoint IdentityNow / Identity Security Cloud

  • Action periodic and event-based access certification and recertification campaigns.
  • Support data validation for source/target connectors (e.g., Active Directory, ServiceNow, cloud SaaS).

Customer & Workforce Identity — Okta / Auth0

  • Resolve first-line SSO, MFA and adaptive authentication break-fix tickets.
  • Support onboarding tasks for new application integrations under guidance from the Shift Lead.

Privileged Access Management — CyberArk PAM, EPM & WPM

  • Support privileged account onboarding, credential rotation and session request processing.
  • Assist with privilege entitlement review and attestation data collection.

Ticket & Knowledge Management

  • Log, triage and resolve incidents/service requests within the defined SLA, escalating complex cases to the Shift Lead.
  • Maintain knowledge base articles and contribute to SOP updates.
  • Continuously cross-skill across all three platforms as per the training and rotation plan.


Your profile:

 

  • 1–4 years of experience in Identity & Access Management, access administration, or a related IT/security support role.
  • Working knowledge of at least one of SailPoint, Okta/Auth0 or CyberArk, with willingness to be trained and certified across all three.
  • Understanding of joiner-mover-leaver (JML) processes and access certification concepts.
  • Comfortable working in a 24x5 rotational shift environment, including night shifts.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with strong ticketing discipline.


Nice to Have

  • Prior exposure to ServiceNow or similar ITSM/ticketing tools.
  • Coursework or certifications in identity and access management/security fundamentals.
  • Experience in a shared services or global capability center (GCC) environment.
