Why join:

As a growing team, we work in a highly collaborative environment where you'll have the opportunity to shape both the technical direction and team culture.

Hands-On: Stay deeply connected to the codebase, shipping code alongside your team.

Leadership: Guide and mentor engineers while driving technical excellence.

This role is ideal for a senior engineer who loves coding but wants to multiply their impact through leadership. You'll lead by example, pairing with teammates, reviewing code, and tackling the most complex technical challenges.

Technical Responsibilities (60%)

  • Designing and implementing APIs, microservices, and microfrontends
  • Architecting solutions using AWS services (RDS, SES, SQS, DynamoDB)

  • Tackling complex technical challenges and unblocking the team
  • Optimizing application performance and scalability
  • Writing and maintaining technical documentation

Leadership Responsibilities (40%)

  • Mentoring and growing a team of full stack engineers
  • Conducting regular 1:1s and supporting career development
  • Participating in hiring and onboarding new engineers
  • Driving engineering best practices and team standards
  • Collaborating with product and design on roadmap priorities
  • Removing blockers and ensuring team delivery
  • Facilitating sprint planning and retrospectives

Qualification and Skills:

You're a highly skilled engineer who ships quality code fast and wants to elevate those around you.

Technical Skills (Required): 10+ years
